SHIPPING CONDITIONS

Goods ordered through this website will be delivered to your home. You can use a different delivery or billing address than your home address by selecting it for your purchase, provided that it remains within the delivery area. Delivery will be made by standard mail service during normal business hours, from Monday to Friday.

While our goal is to ensure delivery on time, mentioned above, delivery dates can not be guaranteed as shipments are not made by our company. The reception time limit of orders is only given as a guide, and therefore do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation. Orders will be processed in accordance with the Terms and Conditions. Once items are sent, we can not reship orders to a different address

Delivery costs are automatically calculated, the price takes into account the weight and volume of the product.

Parcel Return:

you have changed your mind? you can return your order within 14 days after purchase (for individuals) be sure to carefully repack.

 

Followed packages:

we will send the tracking number to you as soon as your order has been sent.

 

In case of loss or damage of your package, you must immediately report any problem to the carrier on delivery. “Désuet PLC” will refund your order if you have subscribed to any insurance.
